I cannot say enough good things about this shop. From the beginning, they treated me like a person, not a transaction. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions without rushing me, and never once made me feel pressured or upsold. What really stood out to me is their honesty and integrity. They’ve consistently worked to keep costs as low as possible and have been fully transparent about what actually needed to be done versus what can wait. That kind of trust is rare in the auto world. Their customer service is exceptional. They follow up, check in, and genuinely care about making sure everything is running well after the work is done. You can tell they’re not there to take advantage of people.. they’re actually there to help. For comparison, another shop across the street wanted $400 just to LOOK at my vehicle (diagnostics). Yikes! If you’re looking for a repair shop that is honest, skilled, reasonably priced, and treats you with respect, this is the place to go. Good mechanics are hard to find.. good people even more so. I’m extremely grateful I found both here, and I'm proud to refer others to them as my mechanic.
