Tim's - they were great! I had been told by a previous repair shop that the clicking noise my Jeep Grand Cherokee was making was a normal sound for Jeeps to make and not to worry. I had questioned the repair shop several times regarding the sound and getting the same answer "don’t worry that's just the sound Jeeps make". After getting my Jeep back the sound was, I knew was not right, so I contacted Tim's and they got me in right away and confirmed it was the lifters and apparently if I had driven much longer two of the lifters were already starting to wear on the metal and it was just matter of time before metal was going to shoot out into the engine. Which would have been extremely costly. I appreciate and thank the crew at Tim's for listening and truly hearing my concerns. THANK YOU! I recommend Tim's to everyone I know. Terri

These guys do a great job. I gave it 4 stars as I had to wait over 1.5 hours while they did my oil change even though I had an appointment.

The people I worked with were fast and efficient.

Somehow ignition was left on overnight, wouldn't start even with a fresh battery.Tim came out and towed it to the shop on friday. Diagnostics showed I fried my starter and ECM.17 yr old vehicle... hard to find ECM Tim found one. My scheduled fix was Tuesday. He had it repaired by noon! I totally expected the repair to take days/week longer as all the other repair shops do. Excellent service!! Thank you Tim and staff for all you do👍

They delivered what they promised. Great customer service. Reasonable price. No sales push on services that I do not need. The manager went above and beyond. He took me inside of the shop and explained what they worked on. Also he provided a ride to home while they were working on my car. So I didn't need wait at the shop for an extended time. I highly recommend this place!

Such an amazing team. We pulled in on a Saturday while they were closed. The service manager Chase happened to be there and literally repaired our flat no questions. He was so kind. We will ALWAYS COME BACK. Thank you Chase for such amazing service and care.

I love that they offer a loaner vehicle while my vehicle is being repaired. I don't have to be dependent on others for an unknown amount of time while vehicle is in the shop. They were very quick to complete the inspection and did not pressure me into repairs. They sent me the estimate to look over before I made my decision. My vehicle was fixed within a couple days of my initial drop off. This was my second time going through this company. I'm pleased with their service.

I hadn’t needed to use Tim’s for few years and was delighted to be greeted as an old friend! They appreciated my business, met my tight timeframe and explained needed repairs and what could wait.
