We went to Tim's as it was conveniently located in the Happy Valley area, our Dealer gave us an estimate which was extremely overpriced, so we tried Tim's for a "Second Opinion." They were able to see us the same week, do the diagnostic, come in several hundred dollars below the Dealer's quote and performed the services needed on our car in a few days! Easy to deal with and very affordable, we'll be back!

I always get the same level of customer service and courtesy at Tim's Auto whether I'm there for a something small like my recent oil change or a bigger issue. Some needed work was noticed while servicing my car and brought to my attention but like always, they didn't push even though I decided not to have the work done yet. I'm always treated as a valued customer. That's why I keep coming back.

Another fantastic experience at Tim’s Automotive. I had to take my son’s Toyota pickup to get serviced before going to school in Klamath Falls. It was making a weird noise and Tim’s was able to find out it was a bearing in the drive train linkage. Truck runs like a charm again. Thank you Tim’s Automotive!
