Too bad they only give 5 stars to rate, because I would give Tim's 10 if I could. They did a thorough and timely job of evaluating all the mechanical issues that needed to be fixed on my 2004 Ford Explorer when I asked what was needed to make it a 100% reliable vehicle. When I decided to find a newer Explorer to put the money into rather than in the 2004, Tim pitched in to help and offer suggestions for finding a good replacement. (Still looking) At all times I appreciated the friendly, no pressure, helpful feeling I got. I will be back when I find the right car to have it examined and do what it might need to get it to 100%.
