It is NICE to find an auto repair facility that is trustworthy and professional. There are many shops that leave a bad case of distrust in a customer's mind, but that is not the case with Tim's Auto Repair.

Tim's has been taking care of my cars for over 20 years. Even when I moved into the city and changed other service providers I refused to give up my mechanics. Tim is almost always on site overseeing work being done, which keeps my confidence high. He takes the time to explain (and even draw diagrams) of what kind of maintenance is recommended. I habe also bought several cars from Tim's for me or my children as they were growing up, all with the same excellent service. During my cancer treatment the team took even more care to make sure my care was safe and ready for the road which was one less thing to worry about. I wish everyone who drives had access to a team like this one.

Too bad they only give 5 stars to rate, because I would give Tim's 10 if I could. They did a thorough and timely job of evaluating all the mechanical issues that needed to be fixed on my 2004 Ford Explorer when I asked what was needed to make it a 100% reliable vehicle. When I decided to find a newer Explorer to put the money into rather than in the 2004, Tim pitched in to help and offer suggestions for finding a good replacement. (Still looking) At all times I appreciated the friendly, no pressure, helpful feeling I got. I will be back when I find the right car to have it examined and do what it might need to get it to 100%.

Tim's is one of those personal service, old school bastions which is rarely seen anymore. Consistent service, competitive prices, hands-on owner who isn't afraid to be honest. It doesn't get any better in my world.
