Tim and Rich have been nothing but kind and the absolute most amazing people to have worked with on getting my boyfriend and I a car. Rich was very outgoing and professional and helped us with the paperwork in such a timely fashion I barely noticed it got as dark as it does during the winter. And Tim did a good job on repairing the car and even provided us with services that made us keep coming back just to have a lively conversation with them. We’re thinking of coming back to eventually get myself a car. Thank you Rich and Tim for your timely responses and the help you had provided to getting us back on the road 😄

Tim's group has always been super kind, very friendly, and very reasonable. My first experience with them was over a year ago when things went sideways with my car and I found myself desperate to just keep her running long enough to get stable in a new job. Tim heard me, understood where I was and what the dilemma was and really worked hard to find a way to get me back on the road safely while understanding that I just couldn't get all of the needed work done given financial constraints. The car has been running smooth for a year now and I was able to take her back to get some of the other issues resolved now that my job is stable. Once again, they heard my need to keep to a budget and told me exactly what the priorities should be to keep her on the road safely. It really feels like going to family when I take my car here. I'm not treated like I don't know anything about cars just because I'm a woman and they don't try to hard sell me things that I just simply can't afford right now. They outline what is needed and tell me what should be priority and then let me make the decision that works best for me. AND... they do a great job. I just hope they keep up with this level of integrity in their work and their customer service so I can be a life-long customer.

Tim and his staff do absolute top notch work and service. They are probably not the cheapest service but they are definitely the BEST service. They make absolutely sure that your vehicle is in the best condition when it leaves the shop. I have been using Tim's as my sole auto service for 15+ years and will continue to do so.
