I was looking for a new auto mechanic I had thought about Tim's and when I looked at AAA site for mechanic's there he was at the top - sealed the deal . I went and talked to Julie at front desk I asked a lot questions I was hooked , had my car towed to Tim's they worked on my car good to go know. I'll be with them for quite a while.

This has been my inlaws family's mechanic for years and through their recommendation I took my vehicle to them. I had a good experience with this company taking my vehicle to them. They have fair and competitive pricing for their services. We worked out a plan to address upcoming maintenance done on my vehicle. Without going into much detail they were very honest with me, I commend them for their honesty. Marty and Kim up front were great to work with. I highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to them. I will be using their services in the future.

I have had the best experience I could've asked for. They have made sure all of my expenses have been covered by insurance. I was hit head on by a cop, when you get hit by the city they make you pay up front and they reimburse you. For the first month I had a rental car from enterprise and insurance stuck me with a $600 bill on top of what they covered so I got rid of my rental and went with a rental from Tim's its not a 2019 but it is completely covered by Tim's and is a reliable car that has gotten me to and from work and all my errands. With all of the work done to my car insurance should have totaled it but I can't even tell my car was in a accident. Through out this whole endeavor I have felt like Tim's had my best interest at heart and didn't let insurance make me go with used parts like they were telling me I had to go with when I was going to go with the "preferred shop" they told me to go with.

I have been doing business with Tim's Auto for the last 10 years. I have a Construction company with as many as 6 trucks and 3 trailers called Douglas Construction. Tim has been doing the Maintenance and repairs on all my trucks and trailers as well as my personal vehicles for the last 10 years. The service is excellent and in most all cases Tim goes and picks up my trucks if they broke down in the field. I am totally confident in there Mechanics and there ability to keep my vehicles driving safely. I and my friends have also bought vehicles from Tim's, and even picked them out at auctions, through Tim's Auto. Tim himself has become a friend as well as a business associate over the years. Personally I wouldn't Take my vehicles any where else.

It's a pleasure to have your car serviced by honest and knowledgeable mechanics who stand behind their work. I feel great having these guys as my service techs!
