I am so happy I took my 98 chevy 3/4 ton to Tim's Automotive. The garage I was using before this visit could not discover the problems with my issues. I spoke with Tim directly before the visit and I was very comfortable with his possible solutions with my issues. The original issues were electrical (Turn signals brake lights), engine running rough. I tried to find the electrical issue and even had my previous garage try and fix it. After 1 week the issue would come back. The mechanics at Tim's auto service found the issue and was able to properly diagnose the engine malfunction with retrieved codes. # 5 misfire. Why the other shop could not figure it out is beyond me. They also discovered an issue with my suspension. I stopped by the shop and Chase the service manager took me out to the truck and showed me all the problem with my suspension the parts to be removed and replaced. This was money well spent as I only have 140,000 miles on this truck. and I feel so much better towing a trailer house today then I did before the maintenance was completed. Chase mentioned I would notice a difference with the steering wheel when driving and it is amazing he was right. This is my new go to shop for the future. Great service and straight talk when it comes to repairs. Thanks to them I am a happy motorist again. Richard Force

The best deal on oil changes you will find in the Portland metro area. Buy the prepaid card for $100 and you are set for a couple of years.

As soon as I walked in the door and saw everything in motion and everyone working hard on getting customers their car back in way better condition then when they fist brought it in I knew I was in the right place for my Jeep Patriot. Very professional and understanding and they are making a positive impact in Portland. Tim found an obscure part for my Suzuki, Clint explains stuff to me, Chase remembered my name and has worked a lot on trouble shooting my car. Above ordinary care, they even offer loaners! Wow. They listen and I appreciate them.

Tim's is easy to deal with and have reasonable pricing. I appreciate their maintenance check list that gives me a budget for future maintenance. They have a great oil change program that by all indications has saved me a lot of money. I was suspicious of them at first, but after a couple years of using their services, I have not been disappointed.

Tim's does great work. Our business takes all of our fleet vehicles there. Kawai is the advisor we work with and he is nothing short of amazing. He's great at communicating with us on every vehicle we bring in and always makes sure he goes the extra mile for anything we might need.
